The Department of History is an integral part of the college in the faculty of Art. In Which undergraduate and postgraduate level courses are conducted. The college started the PG program M.A.(History) in 2015 and so far eight batches have passed. The department has created a “Dharohar Club” for the overall department of students in a historical context. Many activities are organized under this club like historical visits, quiz contests, speeches, poster making, and celebrating historical days, etc.
