The Department of Geography is the part of physical science and social science. The department established in 2011 with the establishment of the college. From 2011 to 2014, the department was running only graduation course, but since 2014 M.Sc. / M.A. Geography also being run here.

The department has also organized a Two day national conference on the topic of “Geo-spatial Technology and Sustainable Development” on 20th and 21st Oct. 2018. The efficiency of the department can be analyzed, seven student have qualified UGC/NET exam.
