Equal Opportunity Cell

The Equal Opportunity Cell at GDC Memorial College is dedicated to promoting inclusivity, equality, and a supportive environment for all students and staff. The cell works in alignment with the principles of social justice to ensure that no individual faces discrimination on the basis of gender, caste, religion, disability, or socio-economic background.

The primary objective of the cell is to create equal access to educational opportunities and institutional resources for every student. It actively addresses issues related to discrimination, provides guidance and support to marginalized groups, and ensures that all students can participate fully in academic and co-curricular activities.

The cell also organizes awareness programs, workshops, and seminars to sensitize the college community about equality, diversity, and human rights. It encourages a culture of mutual respect and understanding, helping to build a harmonious campus environment.

In addition, the Equal Opportunity Cell works closely with other committees and administrative bodies to implement policies and initiatives that uphold fairness and inclusivity within the institution.
